The Early Cancer Screening and Prevention Virtual Roundtable will highlight policy solutions that work to ensure Americans have access to cancer screenings -mammograms, colonoscopies, and innovative, game-changing advancements for cancer patients – that promise to save thousands of lives every year. Early cancer screening is important because treatments are more limited when detected at later stages, and outcomes are generally poorer. More than half of cancer deaths can be prevented by fully leveraging the knowledge, tools, and medical breakthroughs we have today.
